In a Crisis?
If you feel suicidal or feel like harming yourself or other people, call 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency department.
If you’re under the CMHT (Community Mental Health Team) please contact them during office hours. If out of office hours you should have been given your local crisis team's contact details. These may be on your care plan but if you're struggling to find them call 111 and they should be able point you to them.
